The plaintiff is pressing charges under Article 176 of the criminal law (Harrassment against will) against the defendent to be punished severely according to his actions stated below.

1: Charges
At 2pm in the afternoon, on top of the balcony of the school, I was resting when the defendant said 'This is one of my important places,' and cornered me to the handrail.
Sensing the danger of falling off the balcony, I tried to escape from the defendant. However, the defendant caught my legs, flung me upside down from the balcony and looked at my underwear. During that time, I suffered from minor head injuries.
